The Story of Your Life

You’re the main star in the story of your life, and you’re also the narrator. Your script is made up of many different parts that change over time based on your experience and perceptions, but the meaning of your experience can also vary depending on the way you think about it.

Throughout our lives, we tell ourselves stories about the past, the present, and the future. These stories shape the narratives of who we are and how we deal with experiences as they come - they can also saddle us with resentment, self-pity, prejudice, and anxiety.

These stories we carry with us throughout our lives are often unconscious and tucked away deep into our psyche. The thing is, these stories are all created entirely from our own imagination!

We are responsible for creating and narrating the story of our lives, which means that changing the way you perceive things is entirely within your capability. Stop The Negativity

Most people don’t realize when we’re carrying negative stories around, and it’s even less apparent that those stories affect the way we see the world. Usually, these stories manifest as feelings of unease, sadness, anxiety, regret, or resentment, which pollute our being and can keep us from feeling joy and peace in our lives.

During this event, it’s our goal to help you gain a new perspective so that you can start addressing these thoughts and shift into a more positive pattern of thinking. Together we’ll be exploring topics such as:

-The understanding that you have a relationship WITH your life
-Emotional triggers
-Ways to interrupt the negative thought process
